Why Hawman Stainless Steel IBCs Stand Out
Corrosion-Resistant & Hygienic: Premium 304L stainless steel construction resists corrosion from acids, caustics, solvents, and food-grade liquids. Optional 316L material provides additional chemical resistance for highly aggressive substances.
Total Drainage Design: Cross-broke bottoms and radius corner designs allow near-complete drainage, minimizing product waste and making cleaning and sanitizing fast and effective—perfect for food-grade or high-purity applications.
Certified & Safe: UN31A transportable IBCs and IMDG certification ensure compliance for over-the-road and international transport of hazardous and non-hazardous liquids.
Industrial Strength: Built to withstand harsh industrial environments, including mining, oilfield, chemical, and food processing operations.
Customizable Features: Optional lids, valves, vents, and base configurations allow tailored solutions for specialized chemical handling, viscous liquids, and sanitary requirements.
Sustainable & Reusable: Stainless steel IBCs are designed for long-term use and are 100% recyclable at the end of their service life.
Designed for Easy Handling & Operational Efficiency
Hawman stainless steel IBC tanks are built with operators and process efficiency in mind:
Stackable & Accessible: Compatible with forklifts and pallet jacks for easy movement and storage.
Safe Venting & Filling: Standard venting prevents over-pressurization, while removable lids, 3” fill ports, and sump designs ensure efficient filling, drainage, and cleaning.
Sanitary & Food-Grade Ready: Radius corners and passivation-ready stainless steel make these IBCs ideal for food oils, additives, and sensitive chemical liquids.
Versatile Applications: Perfect for caustics, acids, solvents, lubricants, lube oils, diesel/fuel oils, food-grade oils and additives, and Class III flammable liquids.
